If this is the law of the land...why in a republic (little r) and as republicans, do we allow mere POLITICIANS to the right to use a "title of office" for the rest of their lives as if it were de facto a patent of nobility. Because, as republicans, this should NOT be the case...just saying...

Obama Planning Another Vacation

In May, Mr. Obama said that he'd let nothing stand in his way to solve the Gulf Oil Spill....is planning to take another vacation, his 3rd since the drilling platform exploded killing 11 men. Just how many vacations do you need in a year? I live in the Metro Balti-DC area...and I'd just love to be able to play some golf, but with my vastly reduced budget, that's just not possible, it's very expensive here (not like in north Fla where I grew up and you could play 18 holes on a weekday for less than $30).

President Obama has since golfed on numerous occasions, hosted a Beatles legend at the White House, and met with U2 star Bono — even as his administration criticized BP’s CEO for spending a single day yachting during the crisis.

I guess he's forgotten the whole "glass houses thing."
