Govt Jobs Number More Than Private Sector Jobs
For the first time in our history, more people are employed by Federal, State, County and City governments than are employed actually contributing to the Gross Domestic Product. Government jobs do not in fact contribute to our society as they suck money from the productive sector and funnel it into wasteful and utterly useless sector of the economy. Government in and of itself cannot contribute to our society.
It costs government an average of $2.3 million dollars to fund a government job. In the private sector, it costs an average of $330,000.00 to produce a job. This is a position that actually contributes to the GDP, not just in providing goods or services, but in taxes that are then used...to fund government jobs. Thus, while a government employee might pay taxes, that's merely moving money around inside the same pot.
