Article 1, Section 9, Constitution of the United States

If this is the law of the land...why in a republic (little r) and as republicans, do we allow mere POLITICIANS to the right to use a "title of office" for the rest of their lives as if it were de facto a patent of nobility. Because, as republicans, this should NOT be the case...just saying...

Fast & Furious

The only news program wiling to actually cover the corrupt and probably illegal FBI/ATF gun running operation that was started by the Obama Dept of Justice is Univision.  Here's their preview of that news report.

People died...because of the actions and direct approval of our Dept of Justice.  So far Eric Holder has avoided having to take responsiblity, yet he HAS lied to Congress about what he knew, and when he knew it.  I suspect that he approved of the operation in order to charge that we needed curbs to the 2nd Amendment.   His deputy's resignation, I believe, is intended to deflect attention from him till after the election.  The fact that the MSM has so far minimized coverage just goes to show how damaging this is to the Obama regime.

Operation Fast & Furious: Funded With Stimulus Money

In yet another damaging relevation in the now unraveling of Operation Gunwalker, Operation Fast & Furious, it appears that "Stimulus Package" money was used to fund these two rogue operations.  In other words, our debt funded the murders of hundreds including 2 US Federal Agents.  Reports are surfacing that neary $50 milliond dollars was spent on the programs that have killed more than 1,500 Mexican nationals, including dozens upon dozens of government officials, judges, prosecutors and police officers as well as several US Federal Agents.

To make matters worse, it now appears that more than 1,000 firearms were smuggled to Honduras via MS-13, the ruthless gang based in that country.
Leaders of the transnational organized criminal gang Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) even ordered a hit on a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent in New York.

There are now reports that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Tampa Field Division, ran a gun-running investigation that was walking guns to Honduras using the techniques and tactics identical to Fast and Furious. 1,000 of those guns were sold to MS13 buyers.
It's time that a special prosecutor be named to finish unravelling this mess...especially since the Mexican government is now pressing for extradition of those who are responsible to face trial in Mexico on conspiracy to commit-aid and abet-murder.  More here.  A Leftist's take here.

It won't happen...because it's a Democratic administration and the MSM is so far in the tank they don't-refuse to report anything negative...but, the ATF-FBI-Justice Dept scam has directly caused the deaths of hundreds of people, and those who came up this the insanity must be held accountable, either at the bar of law here...or in Mexico.

U.S. Dep of Justice ditches red, white, and blue stars and stripes.

I find  it deeply troubling that this administration's Dept of Justice has changed it's website from the traditional "Red White and Blue"

to a very austere black and white.

http://www.justice.gov/

Futhermore, instead of a quote from one of the founding father's or a notable jurist, this administration has chosen a quote from a very obscure figure of the 1930's. "The common law is the will of mankind, issuing from the life of the people."  C. Wilfred Jenks, and  was a leading supporter of the "international law" movement.  The goal of this movement is to replace national laws with a "global common law" that gives all workers basic rights.

I suspect that this is yet another example of the Obama Curse.  Hopefully this won't turn to shit, like everything else he's done the past 2 years.

DoJ To Prevent Voting Irregularities?

The DoJ is sending out teams to various states (Texas, Alaska, Nevada, etc) to "prevent voter fraud."  This is the same DoJ the refused, once Eric Holder took over, to finish the prosecution of the New Black Panther Party in Philadelphia where there was video evidence of voter intimidation.  I submit that the only winners here will be Democratic candidates who will benefit from a corrupt Department of Justice oversight.

Here's video of Houston:

I suspect that there will be a tremendous amount of voter fraud...and that it will only benefit Democratic candidates.  In Washington, Patty Murry's campaign is using illegal aliens to "turn out the vote."
“When Maria Gianni is knocking on voters’ doors, she’s not bashful about telling people she is in the country illegally. She knows it’s a risk to advertise to strangers that she’s here illegally — but one worth taking in what she sees as a crucial election. The 42-year-old is one of dozens of volunteers — many of them illegal immigrants — canvassing neighborhoods in the Seattle area trying to get naturalized citizens to cast a ballot for candidates like Democratic Sen. Patty Murray, who is in a neck-to-neck race with Republican Dino Rossi. Pramila Jayapal, head of OneAmerica Votes, says the campaign is about empowering immigrants who may not feel like they can contribute to a campaign because they can’t vote.”

To add insult to injury, she's illegally using recycled campaign adds to attack her opponent.

New Black Panther Party President Admits Voter Intimidation

Eric Holder's Dept of Justice will not bring any sort of voter intimidation charges against minorities no matter how blatant those charges are
“I was told by Voting Section management that cases are not going to be brought against Black defendants for the benefit of White victims. That if somebody wanted to bring these cases, it was up to the US Attorney but the Civil Rights Division wasn’t going to be bringing it.”  J. Christian Adam, former DoJ Atty.

Damningly, here's Shabazz caught on video instructing his disciples that just as soon as a “Black man” was appointed as Attorney General, the charges were tossed out and career attornies were instructed not to bring these sort of charge up again.
Under these new revelations and the increasing pressure from the U.S. Civil Rights Commission, how long can Attorney General Eric Holder allow the perception to remain that crimes under his watch are only enforced if the victims and the perpetrators fit the correct racial profile?

If this continues to be the policy of the Obama Administration, while he may continue to have upwards of 90% of the black vote, he'll lose pretty much everything else.  American's don't like this kind of behavior in our law enforment officials.  So much for the "post-racial president," as in all other aspects of his presidency, he's hyper-partisan.

Obama's Politicized Dept of Justice

Throughout the 8 years of the Bush administration, Democrats regularly charged that the DoJ was being politicized.  I've come to the conclusion that they were screaming about what they wanted to do, not what was being done...recently, the Obama DoJ dismissed several politically charged cases, the most prominant of which is the Philadelphia New Black Panther Party case.

In that case, the leader of the Philadelphia New Black Panther Party turned away white voters from excercising their Constitutional right to vote...but that's not racism or a violation of voters rights under the new regime.  Associate Attorney General Thomas Perrelli, an Obama political appointee (who oddly enough, went through the Senate confirmation process), overruled the unanimous recommendations of not one, but six career DoJ lawyers, who wanted to continue the prosecution of a number members of the New Black Panther Party on charges of voter intimidation.  He dismissed the case...after a verdict had been entered by a judge, but prior to sentencing.  Coincidently, the NBPP is a huge supporter of Barack Obama, but I'm sure that it was a common sense decision NOT to complete the process.

Now comes word that in Missouri, where the sitting Secretary of State (who is incharge of voter registration) Robin Carnahan, and a Democrat who just happens to be that party's candidate for a vacant U.S. Senate seat, has refused to follow Federal law and purge from Missouri voter rolls those who have died, convicted of felonies or moved.
Last year, Justice abandoned a case it had pursued for three years against Missouri for failing to clean up its rolls. When filed in 2005, one-third of Missouri counties had more registered voters than voting-age residents. contended that her office had no obligation to ensure individual counties were complying with the federal law mandating a cleanup of their voter rolls.

The case made slow but steady progress through the courts for more than three years, amid little or no evidence of progress in cleaning up Missouri's voter rolls. Despite this, Obama Justice saw fit to dismiss the case in March 2009. Curiously, only a month earlier, Ms. Carnahan had announced her Senate candidacy. Missouri has a long and documented history of voter fraud in Democratic-leaning cities such as St. Louis and Kansas City. Ms. Carnahan may now stand to benefit from voter fraud facilitated by the improperly kept voter rolls that she herself allowed to continue.
If there's smoke...there's probably fire.  After all, 37 states are now pursuing voting law violations against that paragon of voter registration, ACORN...and that organization is a stalwart supporter of the Democratic party.  But I don't suppose they would ever countenance illegal voting...but then in Chicago and St. Louis, the dead vote...often, but only for Democrats.
