While there have been jobs created very nearly ALL are low paying service sector jobs. Manufacturing and construction have been decimated.
– Lower-wage occupations were 21 percent of recession losses, but 58 percent of recovery growth.Under employment is now credited to be upwards of 24 million people. That's nearly 8% of the TOTAL population. Think about that for a moment. When you put that at the percentage of people who are able to work, that percentage doubles to somewhere around 16%...that's depression era levels of unemployment.
– Mid-wage occupations were 60 percent of recession losses, but only 22 percent of recovery growth.
I suspect that the polls that show Obama as leading...are badly skewed....and that Romney will win by an even greater margin than Obama did in 2008.
