If this is the law of the land...why in a republic (little r) and as republicans, do we allow mere POLITICIANS to the right to use a "title of office" for the rest of their lives as if it were de facto a patent of nobility. Because, as republicans, this should NOT be the case...just saying...

10 Ways to Reduce Government Spending

 Here are 10 suggestions to reduce the deficit produce a balanced budget.

  1. Eliminate all ethanol subsidies (and ALL farm subsidies).
  2. Eliminate all windmill subsidies.
  3. Cut EPA’s budget 50%.
  4. Eliminate the FCC.
  5. Eliminate the NEA.
  6. Eliminate public broadcasting money.
  7. Eliminate the Dept  of Education.
  8. Across the board 20% cut in funding.
  9.  
  10.  
I'm leaving spots 9 and 10 open for your suggestions.  Here are a couple of more.

But the best suggestion of all is that if (when) Congress fails to pass a balanced budget by the first day of the federal fiscal year, hold a special election 90 days later to replace all 535 of the worthless sonsabitches.  Another would be to end the full-time, year-round Congress.   Because they're there all year, they waste endless amounts of money.
