No one provokes me with impunity

Article 1, Section 9, Constitution of the United States

If this is the law of the land...why in a republic (little r) and as republicans, do we allow mere POLITICIANS to the right to use a "title of office" for the rest of their lives as if it were de facto a patent of nobility. Because, as republicans, this should NOT be the case...just saying...

Undocumented and Unafraid

A friend of mine sent me this...and it really steams me...

EFE is a Spanish language news service.  As such its the fourth largest news service in the world. Recently, they presented a  report on a march for illegal imigrants "rights" in Chicago that was held on March 10. The headlines read: "Jóvenes indocumentados salen de las sombras y marchan en Chicago." -- Translated by Google: "Undocumented youth emerge from the shadows and march in Chicago."

It included a large photograph of people carrying a banner that read: UNDOCUMENTED AND UNAFRAID.

The very same picture was carried by several Spanish language television channels, including Univision. Millions of Spanish-speaking people around the world saw reports on this demonstration of defiance of U.S. immigration laws.

What can we do about this? Basically call your Congressmen and Senators and demand that the government enforce those laws that are on the books, as well as insist that those cities, counties and states that don't do so, lose all federal funding until they follow the rule of law.
