Article 1, Section 9, Constitution of the United States

If this is the law of the land...why in a republic (little r) and as republicans, do we allow mere POLITICIANS to the right to use a "title of office" for the rest of their lives as if it were de facto a patent of nobility. Because, as republicans, this should NOT be the case...just saying...

20th Century's Biggest Lie

The Big Lie of the late 20th century was that Nazism was Rightist. It was in fact typical of the Leftism of its day. It was only to the Right of Stalin's Communism. The very word "Nazi" is a German abbreviation for "National Socialist" (Nationalsozialist) and the full name of Hitler's political party (translated) was "The National Socialist German Workers' Party" (In German: Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei)
But this point is constantly pounded home in our public schools and on our college campuses...a National Socialist is NOT a conservative! Yet reams of publications constantly bombard us with "facts" that the Nazi's were rightist. They weren't. Hitler wanted control of the German economy, and only by agreeing NOT to take over the businesses, was he able to make agreements with the large manufacturing concerns. What he did instead was to CONTROL the output, not the companies themselves....duh, that's socialism ain't it?
