Wow! Rasmussen polling shows that 57% of Americans would replace everyone in Congress and start fresh.
If they could vote to keep or replace the entire Congress, just 25% of voters nationwide would keep the current batch of legislators.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 57% would vote to replace the entire Congress and start all over again. Eighteen percent (18%) are not sure how they would vote.
I think that it's time do actually do this. Vote the rascals out! Don't vote for any particular party slate next spring in the primaries. Just vote against the incumbent and vote FOR anyone you think would be better.

I just found out that we have Socialists in Congress. I'm stunned and shocked. How is this possible to have enemies of the Republic in office?
Washington needs an enema. The GOP has been reduced to an impotent party, the progressives are running roughshod over America, and the independents are standing on the sidelines.
Flush 'em all. Start over. No more lifelong career politicians. We need new representation.

Do you remember the movie, "Brewster's Millions"? It's a movie from the early 1980's with Richard Pryor...where to inheret 300 million bucks, he has to blow 30 million bucks. So he "runs for mayor" but instead pushes vote for "none of the above"...that's about where I am now. I don't vote for incumbents any any more, I figure they've been in office way too long, and it's time to "turn the rascals out". So...I tend to vote for the opposition.
Living here in MD, that generally means voting for Republicans, though to be honest, I've swung to the Libertarian point of view in the past 10 years.
