A non-existent lender not only does not have "standing," the courts do not have jurisdiction to even grant ruling --no jurisdiction whatsoever. <br /><br />Indeed, certain courts --for which I can produce court transcripts, documents, records, transcripts-- are fully aware they are abetting fraud, and they don't care. <br /><br />A while back, someone sent to The Vail Spot an OpEd I had written about the NOPD shooting of unarmed people. Even in that earlier comment I particularly referenced judicial collusion which is so pervasive here. <br /><br />Thank for you posting a portion of my email.
